Kit is one of our most successful athletes.

While we cannot lay claim to his success, his sheer hard work and determination have provided that, we have often been on hand to provide him with help and advice as well as providing coaching in his weakest discipline, swimming.

A good friend of Marc’s, the pair have raced together many times since they started triathlon, with Kit maintaining a firm 100% record over our not so illustrious leader!

After a stellar year in 2008 where Kit destroyed all that came before him, winning single discipline races as well as triathlons, including victory in a new course record at both, Burnham and Taunton Sprint distance races, as well as winning the non- professional (age-group) section of Half Ironman UK, coming in 9th overall in a new course record.

He has now followed this up with an even more impressive set of results in 2009, setting himself a new PB at ironman Switzerland where he finished in 8hrs 50mins! He is now off to the world Ironman championships in Hawaii where we are sure he will smash it up and finish top Brit, and who knows on a good day, maybe even challenge a few of the worlds best.

We are now helping Kit to find sponsorship, as he is going to the Ironman World championships as an amateur and therefore has to pay for everything, from his entry to his flights and everything else. He was recently featured in 220 magazine where he had a full page article about his success as top British athlete going to Hawaii, and will no doubt command more press coverage when he returns, so if anyone out there would like to sponsor an athlete in return for some press coverage through a top athlete, please get in touch.
