One to One sessions
We have met lots of people who have told us that they would love to exercise but hate the gym.
We have heard people say that they lack motivation to go out in the cold, or that they do not feel they are getting effective use of the sessions they currently do.
We have spoken to complete beginners who have never exercised in a structured way before, and we have met with Ironmen athletes who train twice a day, every day, and they all say the same thing, that they wish they could find a way to make their training just a little bit easier!
Well we can’t promise to make it easier for you, we firmly believe that to improve you need to work hard, however what we can do is help you to make your sessions fun and for you to get the maximum benefit from each one.
If you need help and advice on starting a strength and conditioning programme, if you are starting triathlon, or steeping up to Ironman distance for the first time. If you would like to discover some of the amazing countryside we have in the region and explore some of it on one of our Mountainbikes, or if you simply need some company on your lunchtime run, we can help.
With over 15 years of swimming, cycling and running experience, and with qualifications in coaching from British Cycling, British Triathlon and UK Athletics our head coach Marc is ideally placed to offer help and advice to all levels of athlete.
The rest of our coaching team are also highly knowledgeable and able to create a fun exercise environment, have a look at our staff profiles section to see just how successful our team are in such a diverse range of sports, from national downhill mountainbike champions to elite marathon runners.
