The Fitbiz Challenge UK has been designed to test the teamwork capabilities of companies in towns and cities around the country.

Teams of 3 must work together to complete a set of fitness, physical and mental challenges.

Teamwork is paramount as teams are given a set of activities, each carrying a different number of points, 10 minutes before the challenge starts.

The important thing is that each member of the teams must complete the activity in order to score any points.

Teams need to decide which of the challenges they can complete, and decide which activities will gain them the most points in the least time.

There will be fitness based challenges, strength and coordination based challenges, and there will also be one or two that require a bit more thought. All of the challenges will involve working together as a team.

The Fitbiz Challenge UK is not just about fitness, it is also an ideal opportunity for teams to get together to test their teamworking ability.  We are looking for 30 teams for our latest event in Temple Quay, Bristol and early indicators show that the event should be sold out long before the deadline.

The first Fitbiz was held in Bristol, at Temple Quay on Tues 17th June 2008, and was won by the team from the Bank of Ireland. Can anyone beat them this year?
