The Bristol Off Road Duathlon which will take place on 25th October 2009 at 10am.
The event will consist of a 5km cross country run, followed by a 20km mountainbike ride, finished with a second loop of a 5km run.

Sole Events coach Rich Thomas has taken his first national title, winning the BUSA Student Downhill Mountain Biking championships on Saturday.

Ashton Court results – II
The guys raced over the 4 lap cyclo cross route in Ashton Court on Saturday, and despite the winner setting a new course record, the times were generally a bit slower, wet and muddy conditions were partly to blame for this, however this makes Josh Matthew’s time of 29.30 even more spectacular.
