Nike get on board!

Breaking News…next years edition of the Harptree Havoc will be sponsored by Nike.

After hearing about the event and coming along to see the venue, the guys from Nike offered to get involved, giving us race equipment as well as prizes for the race winners.

We are obviously honoured that such a major player from the running world has decided to get involved and we are sure that this years new (longer!) course will provide the sort of race spectacle that they expect.

For those that have entered before, the course will retain all of it’s original features, but this year will also use the Jeep section twice, once at the start and again at the end…so save some energy as it’s a monster!

For those who have not taken part before, this is the time to do so, with such high profile sponsorship and an increasingly better course, as well as a growing field of runners from across the country, the race is sure to be the one to do in 2010!

An entry form for next years race will appear here soon, and we will also be handing them out at the Bristol Off-Road Duathlon in two weeks time, so get your entries in early.
